Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.
Expect Something New.
You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.
Over the years our therapists have worked with people of all ages, races, socio-economic status, religions, and circumstances. There is no formula – therapy is individualized and personal to you and your needs. However, what all can expect is compassion, validation, and a NO judgement policy. Hope Source provides a safe place for you to rest, relax, and lean into the process of self-insight and the development of new emotional skills

Get Started TodayHello! My name is Anne Marie Frost (Anne is fine!) and I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri for over 11 years. I attended Evangel University in Springfield, MO for both undergrad and graduate school (with 20 years in between)! Yes, this is the second career of adulthood, but returning to school and becoming a counselor has been one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I am very blessed to be able to do something that I both enjoy and find purpose in. And I work hard to build trust, develop a good rapport, and try to offer solid help and assistance to all I talk with.
