Anne Marie Frost, MS, LPC
Hello! My name is Anne Marie Frost (Anne is fine!) and I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri for over 12 years. I attended Evangel University in Springfield, MO for both undergrad and graduate school (with 20 years in between)! Yes, this is the second career of adulthood, but returning to school and becoming a counselor has been one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I am very blessed to be able to do something that I both enjoy and find purpose in. And I work hard to build trust, develop a good rapport, and try to offer solid help and assistance to all I talk with.
I am a great lover of quotes and here is a favorite: “Choice, not chance, determines destiny . . . Today you choose.” The power of choice is a concept that I try to impart to my clients. So often people feel powerless – like chance is what got them to the point they are at. But, pretty often, it is actually the choices made. This is one of the basic ideas in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – something I use a lot in sessions.
Another favorite: “Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come.” (Anne Lamott, author) One of best things about talking to a counselor is one often feels a greater sense of hope very quickly! Why? Because just making that first small step is a key component to feeling better, and can bring about feelings of hope that, perhaps, have been missing for a long time.
So please, make a choice today and take the opportunity to talk with me to bring forth a greater sense of hope for your life! Wait – one more quote: “Yeah, I’ve got emotional baggage; but it’s really cute and it matches.” A sense of humor is the spice of life!

- UHC/UMR/Optum/Medica
- Ambetter/Home State Health
Please note insurance is an extremely confusing process! Even if you do have one of the above companies, the plan you chose may make a big difference in what (or if) they cover mental health services, if you must meet a deductible, etc. Please contact me, (armed with your insurance card and DOB!), so I am able to contact the individual company for you and get confirmation of coverage.
Additionally, I have several people who simply self-pay. If using this option, we can issue you a “Superbill” that can be turned into the insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Payment types accepted
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

SARAH LOGAN, MS, SMFT
Hi everyone! My name is Sarah Logan and I am a Supervised Marriage and Family Therapist (SMFT). Although, providing therapy and counseling services came as a second career for me, I have fallen in love with this profession. My first love, besides my family, is Nursing. I have been in the medical field for 19 years and an LPN for 13 of those amazing years. As a graduate of Arkansas State University, (2007), my first priority in the office is making sure you feel healthy and safe.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Child and Family development from Missouri State University in 2016. Then went on to get a Master’s degree in Marriage in Family therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL in 2018. As the years have gone by, it is finally great to be back in The Ozarks.
I enjoy providing counseling services to individuals, families (step/blended), children (ages 6 and up), tweens, teens, adults, and the LGBTQIA community. Since we all have individual needs and wants, it is important to be clear, up front and honest about what you are seeking so that we can collaborate in your treatment effectively. I like to provide my clients with a very upfront and honest, yet soft approach.
I look forward to working with you!
